- Microtiter-plate coated with Bacitracin (96 wells) – 1 pc;
- Bacitracin standards solutions with concentration 0 ng/ml, 0.6 ng/ml, 1.5 ng/ml, 4.5 ng/ml, 13.5 ng/ml, 40 ng/ml 6 at 0.7 ml – 1,5 ml x 6 pcs;
- Conjugate solution – 8 ml;
- 5x Sample diluent buffer (concentrated) * – 25 ml;
- 20x Wash buffer (concentrated) * – 28 ml;
- TMB Substrate * – 12 ml;
- Stop reagent * – 12 ml.
