This Personal Data Processing Policy has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (Russian Federation) and the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021 "On Personal Data Protection". It defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security, undertaken by Algimed Techno LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. 1.1. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
2. 1.2. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to the website https://algimed-techno.com/en/.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

1. 2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;
2. 2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary termination of processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
3. 2.3. Website - a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https://algimed-techno.com/en/;
4. 2.4. Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases, and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
5. 2.5. Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without using additional information, the belonging of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data;

Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

Operator - a state body, a municipal body, a legal entity or an individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

10. 2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons;

13. 2.13. Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

1. 3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
2. 3.2. Email address;
3. 3.3. Phone numbers;
4. 3.4. Company / organization name;
5. 3.5. The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics).

4. Purposes of personal data processing

1. 4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User via email; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website; feedback on User requests.
2. 4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at techno@algimed.com with the note "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers".

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

1. 5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://algimed-techno.com/en/. 6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

2. 6.2. Data Localization: Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), and extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
3. 6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or within the framework of cross-border transfer provided for in Section 7 of this Policy.
4. 6.4. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address techno@algimed.com with the note "Update of personal data".
5. 6.5. The period of processing of personal data is determined by the achievement of the processing goals or until the moment the subject of personal data withdraws their consent. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to techno@algimed.com with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

1. 7.1. Prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory it is intended to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
2. 7.2. The cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent from the subject of personal data to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or execution of a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party.
