«ALMASS Bio» Reagent kit
For preparation of microorganism samples and calibration of masses for MALDI-TOF spectrometry.

It is intended for preparation of samples of microorganisms of 3-4 pathogenicity groups for species identification and calibration of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers by typical Escherichia coli protein profile. The principle of the method is based on treatment of analyzed samples with a matrix to reduce the destructive properties of laser radiation and also obtaining mass spectra of protein profiles of identified microorganisms.

Adapted for the ALMASS Bio» System (Algimed Techno LLC, Russia) or similar MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers.

Different versions of the kit depending on the user’s needs.

«ALMASS Neo» Reagent kits
For the detection of newborn metabolic disorders by HPLC-MS/MS.

Designed for early screening of newborn’s metabolic disorders by quantitative determination of common amino acids, acylcarnitines, nucleosides, succinylacetone and lysophospholipids in peripheral blood samples.

Test for up to 57 analytes including 14 amino acids, 36 acylcarnitines, 2 nucleosides, succinylacetone and 4 lysophospholipids.

Ability to screen more than 30 forms of metabolic disorders of newborns.

The efficient and cost-effective way to expand newborn screening.

For the detection of newborn metabolic disorders by HPLC-MS/MS.

Designed to extract target analytes from newborn’s peripheral blood samples on standard paper test blanks and transfer them to a tandem mass spectrometry system.

They are intended to use with the «ALMASS Neo» Reagent kits for early screening of newborn’s metabolic disorders.
