Description

PURPOSE

«ALPREP Fast» Reagent is designed for fast DNA extraction from biological samples for subsequent analysis by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The reagent can be used in clinical diagnostic laboratories and scientific research.

ASSAY PRINCIPLE

The principle of the method is based on cell lysis and DNA release into a solution that is suitable for PCR without additional washing steps.

BIOMATERIAL FOR ANALYSIS

  • buccal epithelium (collected on a swab or placed in a transport medium);
  • blood;
  • cytological samples.
