PURPOSE
«ALPREP AUTO-16» automated nucleic acid extraction system is designed for fast and high‑quality isolation of DNA and RNA using magnetic separation. Automation significantly reduces sample preparation time and minimizes errors commonly associated with manual extraction procedures. The system ensures consistent performance and is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology applications.
ASSAY PRINCIPLE
The extraction process is based on magnetic separation. Nucleic acids from a lysed sample bind to functional groups on the surface of magnetic particles. This is followed by several washing steps to remove impurities and the final elution of purified DNA or RNA.
This method provides high purity and reproducibility of isolated nucleic acids, ensuring reliable performance in downstream applications such as PCR and other molecular assays.
