Description

PURPOSE

«ALPREP Forensic Direct» Reagent is designed for fast DNA extraction from biological samples for subsequent analysis by Polymerase Chain Reaction. The reagent can be used in forensic and scientific laboratories.

ASSAY PRINCIPLE

The principle of the method is based on cell lysis and DNA release into a solution that is suitable for PCR without additional washing steps.
