PURPOSE
«ALPREP AUTO-32» is designed for fully automated extraction and purification of DNA, RNA, and proteins from a wide range of biological materials. It supports simultaneous processing of 1 to 32 samples, making it suitable for routine laboratory workflows and high‑throughput applications. The instrument is compatible with ALPREP extraction kits and reagents, enabling rapid purification from human samples, animal and plant tissues, blood, and other biological fluids. It is primarily intended for nucleic acid purification in clinical, research, and diagnostic laboratory settings.
ASSAY PRINCIPLE
«ALPREP AUTO-32» operates on the magnetic bead–based purification principle. Magnetic rods and disposable rod sleeves enable automated adsorption, transfer, and release of magnetic beads, ensuring efficient separation of nucleic acids from the sample matrix. All extraction steps – binding, washing, and elution – are performed automatically within a 96‑well deep‑well plate or dedicated reagent cartridges. The system minimizes manual intervention, reduces contamination risks, and delivers consistent DNA, RNA, and protein purification results.
