Description
PURPOSE
The kit is designed for nucleic acids extraction, including DNA and RNA of microorganisms, from human and animal biological material and clinical samples. The C form is designed for manual nucleic acids extraction using spin columns, while the M form is intended for manual nucleic acids extraction by magnetic sorption method. The reagent kit in Auto form enables automated extraction on Auto-Pure 96, GenePure Pro 96, Nexor 96, INOPurauto-96, KingFisher 96 systems. Auto A and Auto B forms are intended for automated extraction on Auto-Pure 32 (Auto-Pure 16) and GenePure Pro 32 systems.
The kit can be used in clinical diagnostic laboratories, as well as for research purposes to work with animal and human biomaterial. The obtained nucleic acid samples can be used for PCR, RT-PCR and other molecular applications.
ASSAY PRINCIPLE
Assay principle is based on the reversible binding of nucleic acids to the surface of magnetic particles or silica gel column membrane. This is preceded by lysis and proteinase treatment of the sample. After sorption on the magnetic sorbent (or on the column membrane), nucleic acids are washed of possible inhibitors using washing solutions and then eluted in low-salt buffer.
