«ALPREP AUTO-24 / 48 / 96» systems are designed for automated nucleic acid extraction and purification using the magnetic bead method. Compatibility with optimized ALPREP reagents and kits ensures optimal conditions and stable results when processing tissues, blood, biological fluids, and forensic samples. They are used in scientific research, clinical diagnostics, epidemiological surveillance, food safety, and forensic applications.

ASSAY PRINCIPLE
The ALPREP AUTO systems employ the magnetic bead–based separation method: nucleic acids bind to magnetic particles, which are automatically transferred through the stages of lysis, washing, and elution. The magnetic module ensures precise movement and retention of the particles, while the centrally aligned rotary platform supports multiple throughput formats: 96 × 1 ml, 48 × 3 ml, or 24 × 10 ml samples.
