Buffer solution «ALCHEM TE» is used for elution from columns and magnetic particles, preparation, dilution, and storage of nucleic acids.

  • Tris provides buffering capacity for maintaining constant pH of solution;
  • EDTA effectively inhibits the activity of nucleases by binding to these metal ions;
  • Long-term storage of DNA in the buffer;
  • Nucleases-Free and DNA/RNA-Free Buffer;
  • Ready to use.
