TAE buffer is a Tris-Acetate-EDTA buffer for nucleic acid gel electrophoresis. Available as 50x concentrate with pH 7.6 or pH 8.4.
Buffer solution «ALCHEM TAE» is used as an electrode buffer, for pouring gels and preparing samples during electrophoretic analysis of nucleic acids.
