Description

Buffer solution «ALCHEM TAE» is used as an electrode buffer, for pouring gels and preparing samples during electrophoretic analysis of nucleic acids.

  • Widely used in biology as a buffer for nucleic acid electrophoresis;
  • Recommended for separation of DNA/RNA longer than 1000 bp;
  • The buffer is provided as a 50x concentrate. It must be diluted with deionized water before use.
