«ALCHEM PBS» buffer solution is used for diluting and washing cell cultures and tissues, for diluting reagents, antibodies, proteins, and other biological molecules.

  • Salts in the composition maintain a constant physiological pH, osmotic pressure, and ion concentration similar to those found in biological fluids;
  • Buffer helps maintain cellular functions and preserve the activity of biomolecules for various types of research;
  • Buffer solution is available in concentrated (10x) and ready-to-use (1x, pH 7.4) forms;
  • The concentrated solution must be diluted with deionized water before use.
