Description

Buffer solution «ALCHEM TBE» is used as an electrode buffer and for pouring gels during prolonged native or denaturing electrophoretic analysis of nucleic acids.

  • Recommended for electrophoresis of DNA/RNA smaller than 1500 bp;
  • Buffer has a high buffering and thermal capacity, making it suitable for long electrophoresis;
  • Buffer is provided as a 10x concentrate. It must be diluted with deionized water before use.
