Description
PURPOSE
«CleanCheck G» Rapid Test is designed for rapid qualitative determination of residues of organic compounds, detergents on surfaces and in wash water. Fast results allow to make a decision on additional washing/disinfection without waiting for the results of microbiological control.
PRINCIPLE OF METHOD
The principle of the method is based on visual evaluation of the result of the chemical reaction of the reagents included in the kit, which is inhibited by organic substances present in the sample. Depending on the amount of organic substances in the sample, the colour of the solution varies from yellow to light blue. The degree of surface contamination is determined on a colour scale. Yellow colouring of the solution indicates the absence of organic contaminants or detergent residues. Colouring of the solution from green to light blue means that organic contaminants or detergent residues are present on the tested surface.

- Monitoring of cleanliness of working surfaces and equipment in microbiological and biochemical laboratories (detection of residual contamination with nutrient and chromogenic media, biological samples, etc.);

- Monitoring the cleanliness of equipment and surfaces in the dairy industry (milk pipelines, tanker trucks, milking equipment), beer and soft drinks industry (fermentation tanks, blending tanks, bottling machines), meat processing industry (cutting tables, containers, packing lines);
