Description
PURPOSE
«CleanCheck DNA-RNA Free Plastic» Real-Time PCR kit is designed for testing and quality control of plastic products for the purpose of labelling «DNA, RNA Free». It is used for detection of trace amounts of DNA and RNA on any type of surfaces, in solutions and reagents, on plastic consumables and accessories, on equipment, furniture and tools. Applicable for monitoring reagents and plastic consumables for the detection of trace amounts of human DNA and RNA.
PRINCIPLE OF METHOD
The principle of the method is based on the amplification of nucleic acids of different origin by polymerase chain reaction with hybridisation-fluorescence detection in «real time» mode.
