Description
PURPOSE
«CleanCheck Alkali» Rapid Test is designed to control the completeness of removal of alkaline detergent residues from the surfaces to be cleaned after washing/disinfection with agents based on alkaline components. When using CIP washing technology, the residual alkalinity is determined in the rinse water.
PRINCIPLE OF METHOD
The test is performed by running the probe-tampon over the surface to be tested and then applying the indicator to it. The appearance of a pink colour indicates the presence of residual alkali. The reagent is not in contact with the surface, so it is completely safe and does not require additional rinsing.

- Control of residual content of alkaline detergents and disinfectants on the surface of equipment and containers at food processing enterprises;
- Determination of residues of alkaline detergents and disinfectants in rinse waters during CIP washing;
- Quickly monitor pre-sterilisation cleaning to verify the removal of residues from alkaline-based detergents and disinfectants.
