Description
PURPOSE
«CleanCheck DNA-RNA Free» Real-Time PCR kit is designed for detection of trace amounts of DNA and RNA. It is used for detection of contamination in PCR laboratories on any types of surfaces, in solutions and reagents (which are not PCR inhibitors), on plastic consumables and accessories, on equipment, furniture and tools, control of residual contamination level after disposal of PCR products in the laboratory and during cleaning works, as well as in-laboratory contamination control in PCR laboratory.
PRINCIPLE OF METHOD
The principle of the method is based on the amplification of nucleic acids of different origin by polymerase chain reaction with hybridisation-fluorescence detection in «real time» mode.
