«ALMASS Bio» Reagent kit
For preparation of microorganism samples and calibration of masses for MALDI-TOF spectrometry.
It is intended for preparation of samples of microorganisms of 3-4 pathogenicity groups for species identification and calibration of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers by typical Escherichia coli protein profile. The principle of the method is based on treatment of analyzed samples with a matrix to reduce the destructive properties of laser radiation and also obtaining mass spectra of protein profiles of identified microorganisms.
- Adapted for the ALMASS Bio» System (Algimed Techno LLC, Russia) or similar MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers.

For the detection of newborn metabolic disorders by HPLC-MS/MS.
Designed for early screening of newborn’s metabolic disorders by quantitative determination of common amino acids, acylcarnitines, nucleosides, succinylacetone and lysophospholipids in peripheral blood samples.
