Description
«ALPYR Tube» Apyrogenic tubes used in the LAL test have to be sterile and apyrogenic, i.e. they have not to contain bacterial endotoxins in the quantities determined in the test. The tubes are packed in two layers of foil and depyrogenated at 250 °C for one hour. Such procedure of depyrogenisation allows complete removing of bacterial endotoxins. Quality control of the tubes is performed by kinetic methods of the LAL test.
