Description
PURPOSE
Ready-to-use plastic consumables kit for automatic systems. The kit includes 96-deep-well plates and magnetic tip rod that is compatible with KingFisher Flex, Auto-Pure-96, INOpure-auto 96, Nexor 96 systems. It is applicable for DNA/RNA/proteins purification as well as DNA-fragment cleaning from gels and purification of reaction mixtures by magnetic sorption. The kit provides the possibility to program 5-step protocols into automatic system namely:
- lysis stage;
- 3-times washing stage;
- elution stage.
The kit includes all necessary consumables to work with the 5-step protocols, including the tip dressing step up to the waste plastic materials.
Quality control for absence of DNA, RNA, nucleases, PCR inhibitors is performed by real-time PCR. If required, we additionally perform DNA/Human RNA and pyrogen-free controls.
