«ALSENSE RHD» Reagent kit is designed for qualitative detection of RHD gene (exon fragments 4, 5, 7 and 10) in a DNA preparation obtained from buccal epithelium samples and/or in a sample of freely circulating fetal DNA, isolated from peripheral blood plasma of a Rh-negative pregnant woman from the 9th-10th “embryological” week of pregnancy, by real-time polymerase chain reaction with hybridization-fluorescence detection.
