«ALPREP Plasma-M» Reagent kit
«ALPREP Plasma-M» Reagent kit is designed for the NA extraction from blood plasma samples collected in a tube with EDTA or CPDA. The clinical importance of the reagent kit is to provide a pre-analytical stage for the analysis of the NA freely circulating in blood. The kit is recommended for the NA extraction from plasma for non-invasive methods of analysis in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
Advantages
- Volume of starting material per 1 extraction: 500 µl – 1 ml;
- Sample preparation time and extraction process: up to 90 minutes for 96 samples;
- It can be used in clinical diagnostic laboratories of medical institutions and in research practice.
The principle of «ALPREP Plasma-M» Reagent kit is based on the technology of NA selective sorption from pre-lysed cells on the surface of magnetic sorbent particles, followed by washing and elution steps. The extracted nucleic acids can be used both for PCR-analysis and for other molecular biological studies.
