Real-Time PCR kit ALSENSE-SARS-CoV-2-RT-qPCR for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV‑2 RNA by one step real-time fluorescent reverse transcription PCR technology in nucleic acid (NA) preparations isolated from clinical samples.
The working principle is based on a one-step real-time fluorescent reverse transcription PCR technology.
PurposeReal-Time PCR kit ALSENSE-SARS-CoV-2-RT-qPCR is intended to use when 2019-nCoV coronavirus infection is suspected (in case of fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, cough (dry), sore throat, headache or shortness of breath).
Sensitivity- from 100 copies/ml;
- from 5 genomic equivalents in reaction.
The kit detects the following genes: 3 loci of the 2019-nCoV coronavirus ORF1ab gene and 2019-nCoV coronavirus S, E, and N genes
Application in clinical laboratory diagnostics and in research practice for the qualitative determination of RNA of coronavirus 2019-nCoV clinical samples (nasal secret, nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, sputum, endotracheal aspirate, bronchoalveolar rinse, rectal smear, plasma, human blood serum) in specialized laboratories of medical and healthcare institutions. For in vitro studies only.
