Reagent kits for microRNA RT-PCR analysis
RT-PCR is the primary method of microRNA analysis in laboratory practice due to its reliability and cost-effectiveness. The kit implements the original technology of two-way priming of reverse transcription and PCR with two micro-RNA-specific primers (Androvic et al., 2017), which provides highest analysis accuracy. Optimization of the RT-primer structure and detection of amplification using a probe ensures reliable results and higher sensitivity of the assay compared to other technologies (Korobkina et al., 2018). This allows working with low concentration RNA samples

Material requirements
Kit components
- Optimized enzyme mixtures for RT and PCR.
- Balanced oligonucleotide solutions for the analysis of a specific miRNA molecule: RT primer, a pair of PCR primers and a fluorescently labeled probe for amplification detection.
- Set of eight calibrators – serial dilutions of a synthetic analogue of the detected miRNA molecule.
Analysis duration
2.5 – 3 hours, including RT (45 «) and PCR (60»).
Material requirements
RNA must be isolated (from cells, tissues, biological fluids) by methods that exclude the «loss» of short molecules.
